My experience at Mowana Spa was unfortunately disappointing. While the communication and service were lacking, my time at the Home away from Home hotel was wonderful. The spacious rooms were clean and well maintained, the staff were helpful, and I loved the dining options. However, the location felt a bit remote, making it challenging to access attractions easily.

My visit to Indaba was a mixed bag. On the downside, I faced a disappointing check-in experience as my room wasn't ready on time, and when I finally got to my room, it had an unpleasant odor. On the brighter side, the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, which made my stay more bearable. The amenities were decent, but the noise from large groups during dining hours could get overwhelming.
